[Dec. 2, 2015] New Program book[DONWLOAD]
[Sep. 22, 2015] Previously, we noticed that papers will be published only if authors upload the manuscript of the final version and finish the registration until September 22. However, the registration will be open until October 10, 2015, but papers registered between September 23 and October 10 will be published in only conferennce proceeding (No ISBN).
[Sep. 15, 2015] As of September 15, because of publishing schedule, we decided to not publish the post proceeding (for papers in Round-II) that was supposed to published in LNEE, Springer. Therefore, we decide to publish papers in LNEE, which are accepted by September 16, only if authors upload the manuscript of the final version and finish the registration until September 22, 2015. Otherwise, we are only able to publish papers in the conference proceeding which is not LNEE, Springer. Please hurry up your registration. Thank you.
[Sep. 03, 2015] The notification (Round-I) for the manuscript decision has been sent. If you did not receive an e-mail, please contact to Prof. Gangman Yi(yi.gangman@gmail.com).
[Aug. 27, 2015] CUTE-2015 will be held in Cebu, Philippines. We will soon post the detailed conference venue in Cebu.
[Aug. 18, 2015] A bomb explosion occured in Bangkok, and tourists are now targeted to damage the country's tourist industry. Thus we decide to change the conference venue to Philippine. We will post further detailed information soon. Thanks for your understanding.
[Aug. 04, 2015] As of August 4, the problem to upload paper files in the submission system was fixed. Now it's working. Please upload your paper file again if you had trouble getting your paper to upload.

The 10th KIPS International Conference on Ubiquitous Information Technologies and Applications (CUTE 2015) will be held on Dec. 15 - 17, 2015, Cebu, Philippines.
The purpose of the CUTE 2015 is to promote discussion and interaction among academics, researchers and professionals in the field of ubiquitous computing technologies. Ubiquitous computing will require a new approach to fitting technology to our lives. The advent of new computing devices, and the seamless connectivity between these devices, thanks to diverse wired and wireless networks, are enabling new opportunities for a user to perform his/her operation all the time and everywhere. These seamlessly connected devices are ranging from mobile handset to wearable computers. Also, it is expected that these devices will become so pervasive that they will be embedded in the surrounding physical environment, and transparent and invisible to a user. Such devices, whether carried on by people or embedded into other systems, will constitute a global internetworking infrastructure and likely to provide a new level of openness and dynamics. Ubiquitous computing has as its goal the enhancing computer use by pushing computational services out of conventional desktop interfaces into physical environments, but effectively making them transparent forms and calm mode of interactivity. Recent advances in electronic and computer technologies have paved the way for the proliferation of ubiquitous computing and innovative applications that incorporate these technologies.

This conference provides an international forum for the presentation and showcase of recent advances on various aspects of ubiquitous computing. It will reflect the state-of-the-art of the computational methods, involving theory, algorithm, numerical simulation, error and uncertainty analysis and/or novel application of new processing techniques in engineering, science, and other disciplines related to ubiquitous computing. In this conference, several topics on the specific themes for intensive discussions are also planned according to the areas of interest.
